I met Jerry when I first got in the mortgage business way back in the 80’s. I did his first mortgage loan! Jerry has always gone that extra mile for his clients. The loan originators that worked for me could no longer make money and had to quit the business. I was struggling to say the least. Jerry helped me through this crisis by finding me the perfect location to purchase for my Mortgage Company in Rock Island. He helped me with the build out by actually doing a remodel and even helped me finance the property through his father who was the investor for me. I was able to make it through this mortgage meltdown crisis because of Jerry’s help. Lots of Lenders went under! When it came time to expand and open an office in Iowa, Jerry found the most perfect location for us on State Street, in the Board of Realtor Building. We just had our Grand Opening and the office is beautiful! I can’t put into words my appreciation for all Jerry has done for me, my family, and my business!
